About Us

We are UNLV students eager to learn the social impact that physical activity has as we interact with others. The benefits of understanding the positive aspect of daily physical activity from low intensity such as walking to higher intensity such as cross fit gives us a sense of enjoyment after awhile. It all begins with finding what you enjoy and how it makes you feel good not just physically but mentally as well.
